At Pet Cute House we work hard to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process. If you still have questions, our team is happy to help — just email support@petcutehouse.com.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak periods (holidays, sales) processing may take an additional 1–2 days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

2. Shipping Times

United States: 5–15 business days after dispatch
Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Rest of World: 15–30 business days after dispatch

Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by customs, postal delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders $50 and above
  • Standard shipping starts at $4.90 for lighter items
  • Express options (DHL) available at checkout for international orders

4. Multiple Packages

We ship from several fulfillment centers and warehouses. If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages on different days. There is no extra charge for this.

5. Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to populate after dispatch.

6. Lost or Stuck Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window or tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend or refund your order.

7. Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to update it.

8. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.

9. Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
